Responsibility

  • due to expansion, we’re looking for someone with an outgoing and caring personality to join our patient care coordinator team
  • we’re an independent private membership dental practice in the heart of our community
  • our focus is on providing exceptional family dental care alongside orthodontics, dental implants, and aesthetic dentistry
  • the role would be for the following hours
  • forming part of our wider practice team to build trusting and caring relationships with each patient, while being calm supportive and understanding as we strive to deliver exceptional patient-centred dental care
  • I have previous experience working in dental/optical/gp practice, travel, or beauty industries
  • I enjoy making people feel valued at every interaction
  • we have a team of 8 Dental Nurses, 3 Patient Care Coordinators, 3 Dentists, and 2 Therapists all supported by our Patient Care Manager, Business Development & Operations Manager, and lead by our Principal Dentist Dr Dave
