- full-time | Permanent
Responsibility
- to support the Team Leader in all their activities
- to train for the Team Leader role and act as Team Leader in their absence
- ensure that equipment rounds are carried out thoroughly and on time
- to report all equipment defects to the team Leader
- carry out plant and equipment isolations under the direction of the Team Leader and accept permits to work
- assist the Team Leader in the creation of operational documentation e.g. Safe Operational Procedures
- assist the Team Leader with operational training
- assist the Team Leader in creating equipment reports
Requirements
- excellent customer service skills
- collaborative and willing to support the departmental objectives
- pro-active approach to support the business goals
- previous operations experience in a steam or gas plant
- the ability to work both as part of a team and independently
- experience of Permit to Work and Lock Out Tag Out systems
- basic mechanical and electrical skills
- skilled at building relationships and rapport to influence those around you
