- first point for contact for customer service communications received through calls, emails & WhatsApp
- gather information and generate cases through CRM System
- investigate and work with operational team to resolve on the road & damaged product issues
- ensure replacement products are issued out in a timely and correct manner where required
- organise and ensure smooth processing of customer collections
- working with credit control team to ensure outstanding issues are logged and processed efficiently
- ensure customer service issues are resolved in a prompt and appropriate manner
- providing a good customer service experience for customers
