Responsibility

  • first point for contact for customer service communications received through calls, emails & WhatsApp
  • gather information and generate cases through CRM System
  • investigate and work with operational team to resolve on the road & damaged product issues
  • ensure replacement products are issued out in a timely and correct manner where required
  • organise and ensure smooth processing of customer collections
  • working with credit control team to ensure outstanding issues are logged and processed efficiently
  • ensure customer service issues are resolved in a prompt and appropriate manner
  • providing a good customer service experience for customers
