Responsibility

performance Tracking: Regularly assess and report to HQ on store performance, providing insights on customer behaviour, sales trends, and operational challenges
uphold Brand Standards: Ensure that Karaama’s brand values are reflected in all aspects of the store, from visual merchandising and ambiance to customer interactions
campaign Development and Execution: Create/implement in-store marketing campaigns and seasonal promotions that align with Karaama’s brand values and strategy, to increase traffic and boost sales
collaboration with HQ Marketing: Work closely with the head office marketing team to ensure in-store promotions and campaigns align with overall brand messaging and online efforts
Requirements
retail sales: 7 years
management: 2 years
experience: 10+ years in sales or retail with 3+ years management, preferably within the fragrance or beauty industry
attributes: Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and motivated to uphold luxury brand standards and inspire team performance
