Responsibility
- alterations & Garment Fittings: Conduct fittings, make alterations, and refine garments to meet customer satisfaction, ensuring a perfect fit and finish
- ensure daily workspace cleanliness and assist in maintaining an organised and professional environment
- order Processing: Manage and prioritise multiple orders, ensuring timely completion while upholding the quality and detail Kamzi Poshaak is known for
- design & Tailoring: Create bespoke garments from scratch, including party wear, bridal dresses, and formal attire. Tailor clothing to customers’ exact measurements and style preferences
- keep track of stock levels and re-order fabrics and materials as needed
- customer Engagement: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs, offer expert advice on style, fit, and fabric selection, and manage customer requests and orders from consultation to completion
- customer Feedback: Gather feedback during fittings and after garment delivery to ensure complete satisfaction and make further adjustments if needed
