Requirements

- proficiency in operating standard café machinery, including dialing-in, shot assessment, and extraction through diverse brewing techniques
- follow maintenance and cleaning procedures of all café equipment
- adherence to equipment maintenance and cleaning protocols
- texture dairy and non-dairy alternatives to create latte art
- skill in texturing both dairy and non-dairy alternatives, enabling the creation of captivating latte art
- operate POS and monitor inventory
- competence in handling the Point of Sale system and monitoring inventory
