Responsibility
- plan and organise work schedules, assign tasks, and delegate responsibilities to ensure smooth office operations
- oversee the Control Room and ensure that it runs efficiently and effectively
- manage office administrative tasks including updating databases, responding to emails, photocopying, filing, and other routine office duties
- coordinate with the security, medical, and event teams to ensure effective communication and support across departments
- ensure that all office equipment is properly maintained and supplies are stocked
- manage office budgets and assist with financial reporting when required
- handle employee onboarding, inductions, and training schedules in coordination with HR
- as the Office Manager at K4, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the office and ensuring everything runs efficiently
Requirements
- previous experience in office management or a similar administrative role
- excellent organisational and multitasking skills
- strong leadership abilities and team management experience
- good knowledge of MS Office
- strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- knowledge of health and safety regulations is a plus
