Responsibility

  • plan and organise work schedules, assign tasks, and delegate responsibilities to ensure smooth office operations
  • oversee the Control Room and ensure that it runs efficiently and effectively
  • manage office administrative tasks including updating databases, responding to emails, photocopying, filing, and other routine office duties
  • coordinate with the security, medical, and event teams to ensure effective communication and support across departments
  • ensure that all office equipment is properly maintained and supplies are stocked
  • manage office budgets and assist with financial reporting when required
  • handle employee onboarding, inductions, and training schedules in coordination with HR
  • as the Office Manager at K4, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the office and ensuring everything runs efficiently

Requirements

  • previous experience in office management or a similar administrative role
  • excellent organisational and multitasking skills
  • strong leadership abilities and team management experience
  • good knowledge of MS Office
  • strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • knowledge of health and safety regulations is a plus
