Responsibility
- business Partner and coach the Operations Team on all aspects of the Employee Lifecycle
- collaborate and support the Head of People & Culture with key tasks and new projects to succeed with the People Strategy
- create, embed and improve all annual and cyclical people activities such as appraisals, training, pay reviews
- liaise with external partners regarding recruitment, training, apprenticeships and Skilled Visa sponsorship
- analyse and drive key People metrics across the business – spotting opportunities and rewarding success
- oversee the planning and co-ordination of Brand Training, upskilling in-store trainers and creating and facilitating People and Leadership training
- actively support and coach Area Manager’s to achieve optimum Succession and Bench planning, alongside development planning for our future leaders
- oversee the completion of Engagement Surveys, analysing the results and coaching on Action Plans
Requirements
- full UK Driving Licence and vehicle
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- attention to detail and process driven
- reliable and Self-sufficient
- proactive and Passionate
- cheerful and Positive
- proficient with all Microsoft 365 programmes
- experience in Hospitality or Retail would be ideal
