- our client, an industry leading global company, is looking for a Korean speaking Digital Project Manager
- audit 16 EU markets and investigate the maturity of each market and their progress with the company’s project rollout
- create a checklist to monitor and measure each market consistently and identify any gaps
- establish a timeline and key milestones for reporting back to the business
- create an asset audit to run alongside the market audit. This involves building an asset database to have full knowledge of existing content and assets and identify which ones are fit for purpose
