We are now looking for like-minded, experienced Assistant Manager to join us on this journey.The Assistant Store Manager holds overall responsibility for every aspect of running the store in the absence of the Store Manager– managing and motivating the sales team, delivering sales, achieving KPI’s and providing outstanding customer service. You are also responsible for ensuring all process is followed correctly and that communication with Head Office is timely and appropriate. A key aspect of your role is to support the Store Manager in building and developing a strong team with succession potential by providing necessary training. You report directly to the Store Manager.You may be required to work additional hours during new store opening, refits or to meet the needs of the business.
