Responsibility

  • managing bookings to maximise service and revenue
  • to maintain communication within the team ensuring feedback and training is given where needed
  • support the General Manager in co-coordinating the day to day operation of the bar- ordering stock, receiving deliveries, opening and closing of the bar, cashing up
  • have a strong presence in the bar, specifically during periods of high volume and to ensure that guests receive exemplary service

Requirements

  • professional, enthusiastic and personable nature
  • customer focused - demonstrating exceptional service & excellent communication skills
  • previous experience working in a busy bar setting at supervisor/assistant manager level is essential
  • must be able to utilise down time effectively
  • have a willingness to learn and grow within the business
