Responsibility
- process all paperwork associated with the recruitment and selection procedures
- monitor the return of new starter documentation
- submit accurate data to the HR database and prepare reports as required to provide information to management

- compose send out all letters and documents relating to recruitment and selection
- collaborate effectively with others to design, draft, produce and distribute project resources, materials, and information for projects and events
- maintain the leavers process, preparing documents and advising managers and staff on all aspects of the process
- develop post-project resources such as case studies, outcome reports and reflective/ good practice recommendations
- maintain all HR filing in accordance with current legislation
- provide regular and timely update reports and data to be integrated into agreed management reports
- keep up to date with the latest developments in the field of recruitment and selection
- ensure accurate and auditable records are maintained for all projects and activities undertaken by the post holder
- coordinate and undertake timely delivery of agreed inclusion projects as agreed with the DSI Advisor to support delivery of DSI objectives in JTL’s strategic plan
- actively engages in other such duties, under the discretion of the Human Resources Manager as and when necessary
- ensure compliance with JTL financial procedures and other governance requirements in relation to inclusion projects
- work as directed with internal and external stakeholders to research, identify support and deliver inclusion events for defined audience groups using a variety of delivery methods , effectively considering and managing the needs of different individuals
- establish and maintain good working relationships with external bodies, community groups and other organisations as deemed relevant to support delivery of
- support the monitoring of regional Equality & Diversity Impact Measures liaising with regions and local organisations
- assist in the preparation of JTL publications
- coordinate and administer agreed online learner resources/network groups and fora, always ensuring that JTL’s Safeguarding ,Equality Diversity & Inclusion and other key policies and procedures are adhered to
- work with the regional teams and centres as required to ensure that projects are implemented effectively, and that staff are appropriately informed and engaged
Requirements
- demonstrable experience of delivery of community/educational projects, events or campaigns including planning, delivery and formal evaluation/assessment reporting

- excellent verbal and written presentation skills
