Responsibility
- as a company we are naturally expanding with a significant client base
- prepare and submit quotations, collate information on completion and make ready for invoicing
- currently we have no surveyor / estimator and it has become apparent that we require this role to be created and developed
- initially we would like a candidate to take over the duties of site surveys with the assistance of tradesmen relevant to the project specific scope required
- the successful candidate will work closely with senior management overseeing all operations and ideally would be willing to assist with anything required at management level
- salary negotiable depending on experience and initially we are looking at a 3 month trial with a view to making the position permanent
- we require the successful candidate to take accountability and manage any tender opportunities and submissions we would like to pursue and we would prefer a varied knowledge / experience in: Construction management, health and safety, various contracts, NSR and schedule of rates and project analysis / tracking
- have a thorough understanding of project, scope of works, project or client restrictions, legal / contractual requirements and site conditions
Education
- certificate of Higher Education
