Requirements
- you have a solid understanding of UK employment legislation
- you have CIPD Level 5 or above
- you can apply and interpret employment law in a range of situations and mitigate risk to the business
- you can influence and manage at all levels
- you can inspire and motivate company-wide positive change
- you are an outstanding communicator who builds trust and relationships at all levels in a short space of time
- you have a pioneering mindset
