Responsibility
working with the senior management team, plan, budget for and implement innovative marketing campaigns
grow the Jöttnar community using both physical and online events
recruit and manage the Jöttnar athlete team and ambassadors
form brand partnerships
maintain the marketing KPIs dashboard
assist with brand guardianship
lead and inspire our in-house creatives, technical specialists and external agencies to produce content including film, long-form writing, ATL and BTL advertising, press releases, social media and photography
managing the internal e-commerce lead, oversee website development specifically ensuring brand harmony and alignment of your marketing and our commercial objectives
Requirements
budget creation and management
project / complex work stream management. A finisher
experience with brand, content, digital, community, events, PR, advertising and social media within commercial environments
internal quality, taste and style filter, with consistently excellent creative judgement
outdoor sports enthusiast. Knowledge of its language and culture
well-developed small team leadership and cross-departmental mucking in
experience with a premium e-commerce consumer brand in a marketing role appropriate to this salary level, with associated analytics and KPI fluency
great communicator, excellent copy writer or editor
