- send new leads to global partners
- building strong relationships with new and existing customers
- liaise with customers, the internal operations team, suppliers and couriers over delivery times
- to provide an outstanding experience for each customer you come in contact with, giving the customers the best possible solution in the quickest time possible
- responding to customer queries i.e. information requests, quality complaints, dispatch date queries
- processing returns and exchanges
- manage global partner & resellers –respond to inquiries, run reports and process orders
- managing incoming calls and inquiries to a general mailbox – qualifying leads and logging the information on the CRM. Replying to inquiries within 4 working hours
