- working alongside the registered service manager to undertake referal assessment and implement support plan
- monitor and evaluate the supported living staff and volunteers
- train staff and volunteers on new skills
- organise staff schedules and work rotations
- create workplace policies and procedures
- supporting the registerd service manager to ensure compliance with CQC and commissioner expectations and standards as outlined wihin the contract
- collaborating extensively and effectively with service user, the families, friends and the multi disciplinary team, to provide a service which maximise client outcomes
- dinamic risk assessment and positive risk management to ensure reflective practice and management of inncidents, to promote learning and a positive culture
Education
- diploma of Higher Education
Requirements
- managerial Post: 3 years
- registered/Supported Living Manager: 3 years
- management: 3 years
- IT management: 2 years
