Responsibility
- good knowledge of data and document organisation and ensuring contents are populated
- to ensure care management documentation e.g. Nourish and others are compliant and completed in full
- interpreting data, analysing to provide statistical information to Senior Management
- create dashboard, graphics and visualisations for ease of inducting care staff
- ensure hardware and software meet the needs of the Company
- ensure evidence and data are fully met in CQC evidence folders 1 – 18
- required to keep proper records of all company forms, literature and advertisements. This includes filing and providing back up copies of all company documents and forms. The Company server must be used at all times
Requirements
- good numeric and literacy skills
- good computer skills - all Microsoft programmes
- data analysis
- strong leadership qualities
- good communication skills
- able to work on own with initiative
- experience in the care sector would be advantageous
