Responsibility
- at Restaurant Next Door we are expanding our team and looking for a Restaurant Supervisor to join our small team
- our ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, customer orientated and has a basic understanding of Next Door and the offering
- you will be expected to deliver a high-quality experience to our guests and motivate our staff to ensure excellent customer service
- 4 day working week - 3 consecutive days off - close team working
- we are a small award winning neighbourhood restaurant with a focus on British seasonal produce and are featured in the MICHELIN Guide, Good Food Guide and awarded 2 AA Rosettes
- experience in a similar position is preferred but not required however a strong passion or a desire to learn about all things hospitality, seasonal produce and drinks/wine is a must
- in this position, you will play a key role in supervising all aspects of the restaurant floor supporting the management team in day to day operations and lead service in the absence of the restaurant manager
- full structured training will be provided for the role on all aspects of service with options for further funded qualifications for the right candidate looking to grow within the restaurant and the hospitality industry
