we are looking for a new full-time Assistant Manager though part-time would be considered to join our team here at JMO Sports Park
working a mix of shifts over 7 days that will include daytimes, evenings and weekends, you will work as a Duty Manager and will be responsible for managing and motivating a team of Sports Centre Assistants, organising football leagues, coordinating referees and coaches, cashing up and completing reports, dealing with H & S issues, and all key holder responsibilities
experience of working in a catering environment would also be preferable as the role will also involve managing our functions and kids party bookings
the role will include increasing bookings through proactive outreach, effective use of social media and telesales activity with a view to generating new enquiries and ultimately converting these into bookings across all the different areas of the business
