  • its a hands on role and requires a passion for sport and a strong work ethic
  • we are looking for a new full-time Assistant Manager though part-time would be considered to join our team here at JMO Sports Park
  • working a mix of shifts over 7 days that will include daytimes, evenings and weekends, you will work as a Duty Manager and will be responsible for managing and motivating a team of Sports Centre Assistants, organising football leagues, coordinating referees and coaches, cashing up and completing reports, dealing with H & S issues, and all key holder responsibilities
  • experience of working in a catering environment would also be preferable as the role will also involve managing our functions and kids party bookings
  • the role will include increasing bookings through proactive outreach, effective use of social media and telesales activity with a view to generating new enquiries and ultimately converting these into bookings across all the different areas of the business
