Responsibility
- as the Independent Department Lead, you will play a pivotal role in managing the fabrication department with autonomy
- MIG welding products from clean 2mm / 5mm laser-cut parts
- these components need to be assembled and welded to meet our high-quality standards
- by working closely with the team, you'll contribute to a collaborative and positive work environment that promotes productivity and excellence
- we are looking for an MIG Welding Technician with motivation to work on the process of / and welding/assembling products
- attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards will be second nature to you
- one of your main focuses will be on improving the process of production welding to make it more efficient. You'll analyse and optimise welding procedures, ensuring that the welding tasks are carried out smoothly
- independently manage the fabrication department, including the use of the CNC Robot MIG welder to improve productivity
Requirements
- experience of MIG Welding process
- knowledge of CNC Robot MIG welders is a plus, but not required
- passion for fabricating and improving processes
- detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high standards
- strong team player with a responsible approach
- computer: 1 year
- working with Metal: 1 year
- angle Grinder: 1 year
