Requirements
- at least 5 years previous experience of working in an insurance claim related handling role
- excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polite telephone manner
- excellent verbal and written communication skills with proven negotiation skills
- minimum 12 months experience as a Motor Claims Handler
- over 2 years credit hire claims handling experience with at least 5 years in a motor claim related role
- technical Knowledge in property/liability claims handling is essential
- excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- capability to vary approach
