Requirements

- exhibit forward-thinking qualities and a dedication to continuous service improvement and development
- driving license
- have comprehensive knowledge and experience in complex diagnoses, including support needs and behaviors of concern meeting the criteria for a challenging behavior diagnosis
- level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management in adult care
- satisfactory Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check
