customer service executive
Responsibility
- order processing, managing order fulfilment, handling customer queries, customer sales calls and returns
- arrange shipments of domestic and export orders, including preparing and processing relevant paperwork
- production of reports including regular order reports
- attendance may be required at various events, in support of the marketing team
- we require a self-motivated person who can work on their own initiative also as part of a team, liaising closely with members of other teams to create orders, manage order fulfilment and resolve queries effectively and efficiently
Requirements
- experience in a customer service/sales role
- self-organized, motivated and confident in working independently
- excellent communicator and ability to build strong relationships with new and existing customers
- computer literate and both confident and competent in the use of Microsoft applications including Word and Excel
- good telephone manner and excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills
- equine knowledge preferable with an understanding and knowledge of horses and ponies
