Responsibility
order processing, managing order fulfilment, handling customer queries, customer sales calls and returns
arrange shipments of domestic and export orders, including preparing and processing relevant paperwork
production of reports including regular order reports
attendance may be required at various events, in support of the marketing team
we require a self-motivated person who can work on their own initiative also as part of a team, liaising closely with members of other teams to create orders, manage order fulfilment and resolve queries effectively and efficiently
Requirements
experience in a customer service/sales role
self-organized, motivated and confident in working independently
excellent communicator and ability to build strong relationships with new and existing customers
computer literate and both confident and competent in the use of Microsoft applications including Word and Excel
good telephone manner and excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills
equine knowledge preferable with an understanding and knowledge of horses and ponies
