Responsibility

• maintaining the yearly marketing email calendar for Campus, Yespo and UCAS Emails
• creation of emails for marketing purposes and also for internal activities
• liaising with printers, photographers and copywriters for your projects

• you will also assist in photography/videography shoots and help shape in-house design briefs
• keeping our brand guidelines and briefs up to date
• you will be responsible for creation of all marketing material for digital and print. These include print ads, flyers, posters, postcards, prospectus, and other marketing materials
• maintaining a bank of images that are optimised for web and press usage
• designing event invites, and cards
• setting up events on Eventbrite and managing the visual aspects on account
• editing videos and YT shorts in-house

• looking after our Youtube account and developing relevant content alongside the marketing team to push out on our channels monthly
• maintaining and updating our website on Webflow. This will include refreshing written and visual content on our website, updating our press and event pages
• creating presentations for Open Days and Events alongside the academic staff

Requirements

• graphic design: 1 year
• A degree in graphic design, web design or equivalent qualifications and/or experience in the field will be considered

Responsibility

• providing technical support to learners in pattern construction, garment assembly, and finishing techniques
• preparing and setting up equipment and materials for practical classes and assisting teaching staff
• procurement and equipment maintenance, including resource identification, purchasing recommendations, and health and safety oversight

• proficiency in fashion design techniques, including shoemaking, bag crafting, and garment construction

Responsibility

• to provide a friendly point of contact for students and others visiting the Academy
• we are seeking an energetic and friendly front of house officer to provide an efficient point of contact for students and other visitors to the Academy and to carry out a range of other administrative tasks for the Academy
• other relevant duties as required by the Senior Staff commensurate with the level of the post

• to research merchandise and other give away items for JCA and ordering items
• answering the main phone line, transferring calls and taking messages where applicable
• to look after housekeeping and general upkeep of the campus, including but not limited to preparing purchase sheets, bookings of rooms etc
• sending out reminder emails and making reminder calls
• to keep and maintain a register for deliveries, consumable stock and stationary supplies
• to keep track of paper stock and ensure printer is functional and always stocked with paper

Responsibility

• we require an experienced and well-organized individual to provide technical support to students on the Fashion Design BA Hons programme
• experience and knowledge of pattern cutting, industrial manufacturing process and tailoring would be a distinct advantage
• your duties will include the day-to-day running of the sewing/garment construction workshop, assisting students to extend their sewing skills and understanding of technical construction, assembly and finishing processes
