Requirements
- diploma/NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People in a residential setting or above
- full UK Driving Licence
- experience of leading and developing a team of residential childcare staff
- excellent knowledge of working with our Regulators , The Children’s Homes Regulations 2015 including The Quality Standards
- excellent knowledge of Safeguarding children and the legislation surrounding this
- A minimum of 2 years management and supervisory experience in a children/young people’s residential setting
- this role requires flexibility and to form part of the homes on on-call rota
