Requirements
proven experience in managing social media channels, preferably within the fashion brand or retail industry
strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Snapchat, along with their respective best practices and algorithms
excellent knowledge of social media management and analytics tools to track and measure campaign performance
exceptional creativity with the ability to develop engaging content that resonates with the South Asian target audience
strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey brand messaging and engage with customers
knowledge of fashion industry trends and familiarity with South Asian culture is a plus
proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools is preferred but not required
strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple social media accounts simultaneously
Responsibility
conduct thorough research and analysis to identify social media trends, opportunities, and key insights relevant to the fashion and retail industry
plan, create, and curate engaging content to effectively communicate brand messages and captivate the target audience
monitor social media performance, track KPIs, and analyze data to generate actionable insights and optimize campaigns for maximum impact
manage community engagement, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase engagement, drive conversions, and enhance brand awareness across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Snapchat
stay up-to-date with emerging social media trends, tools, and platforms, and recommend innovative strategies to enhance the brand's online presence
create content calendars aligned with the marketing objectives and brand guidelines, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand image across all social media platforms
stay informed about industry and competitor activities to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth
