Responsibility
- overtime opportunities available. Hourly paid
- directs, administers, and oversees the day-to-day operations for the Workshop Team
- provides supervision, support, and guidance to the Workshop Assembly
- the Supervisor oversees the workshop employees and motivates them to do their job efficiently
- ensures compliance with established company and regulatory guidelines and procedures to provide high quality service and outstanding customer care
- provides informal feedback on an ongoing basis and formal feedback in the annual performance evaluation process to identify and develop talent
- ensures and promotes the development of the team/succession planning through coaching, training, and leadership development
- plan and control labour and materials to ensure work is progressed at an acceptable rate maximising the production operation and output
