Shocking company, got problems with battery I only had it since last June, company will not answer phone or emails.

Warranty is a waste of time batteries 16 months old, ment to come with 4 year warranty even sent them pictures from 2 battery testers to say battery was faulty.

Jack online trades on eBay selling mainly car and leisure batteries. The four year warranty they advertise is a waste of time. You are better off paying a little extra and getting a battery locally where you know their warranty is genuine. Halfords for example.
