- strong surveillance skills with experience in monitoring behaviour and identifying potential risks
- proficient in first aid techniques and able to provide immediate medical assistance when necessary
- knowledge of loss prevention techniques to safeguard assets and minimise theft
- the ability to work professionally under their own initiative and as a team
- familiarity with CCTV systems, including operation and monitoring capabilities
- knowledge of loss prevention techniques to prevent theft, vandalism, and other security breaches
