Responsibility
- opportunity for a dental practice manager to join the team at our family owned, modern fourteen surgery Dental practice in Lytham
- day-to-day running of the practice that requires a friendly and professional approach
- human resource management including recruitment, inductions, staff inductions, team meetings , staff rota management, appraisals and staff wages
- CQC compliance
- management of social media accounts
- maintaining practice policies including health & safety
- handling patient queries/complaints and replies
- financial management of the practice including banking, authorising invoices, producing reports
Requirements
- at least 2 year management experience as a dental practice manager
- previous experience of working with R4 and I Comply support portal
- A forward thinker and planner
- attention to detail
- understanding of the generation of income and cost control
- excellent communication skills
- organised, disciplined with good management skills
- friendly, flexible and highly motivated
