  • with a low turnover of staff, the successful candidate will be welcomed into a supportive and positive work environment
  • an established west end letting & estate agency is seeking a Senior Property Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will have an established career in the letting industry with at least 5 years experience in a senior role
  • the opportunity on offer is to join and head up a strong and experienced team in a fast paced, West End Letting and Estate Agency
  • the successful candidate will be a strong communicator and enjoy the challenges that arise in customer service led roles and be happy to turn their hand to all aspects of letting
  • the role will be within a small team of 6 in a G12 office which has enjoyed more than 12 years of growth & success

Requirements

  • carrying out letting valuations and engaging new landlords
  • managing time effectively
  • coordinate and manage the marketing of new properties and tenancy changeovers
  • maintain compliance and certificates for all properties in the portfolio
  • carry out viewings and tenant reference checks
  • provide excellent customer service to landlords and tenants
  • take a robust approach to risk and compliance and stay in regular contact with our regulatory bodies
  • maintain the required level of CPD to remain qualified to carry out the role
