Responsibility

  • the role involves data inputting, analysis, making payments, raising invoicing, reporting, reviewing processes and making suggestions for improvements
  • reporting to the Finance Director , the Finance Administrator is responsible for providing essential support to deliver the finance and accounting activities
  • location: Office Based, open to discuss Flexible working options
  • to support the FD in providing an efficient and effective finance and accounting function for SWY with excellent social and financial value
  • office administrative support as needed
  • monitoring the SWY Finance inbox
  • gathering and storing all quotes / purchase orders on SharePoint
  • supporting the team with petty cash purchases and alternative means of purchasing

Education

  • AAT Level 2 or above - Essential
  • good level of written and oral communication skills - Essential
  • good level of numeracy skills - Essential
  • BA/BSc in Accounting finance degree - Desirable
