- to play a key role in supporting the Registered Manager in service delivery and development
- A respected IFA require an Area / Team Manager to join their team and play a pivotal role in supporting the in delivering a high-quality service for children and young people and foster carers
- the Manager will be responsible for managing the provision of a highly regarded therapeutic fostering service in the region: the post holder will lead and manage a staff team to ensure that the highest quality therapeutic fostering services are delivered for the children and families the IFA
