- facilities Operative / Handy Person is required the role is based at IRIS’s Facilities Management operations in Billingham
- reporting to the IRIS Facilities Team Supervisor, you must possess a good level of general handyman skills, such as painting and carpentry, general maintenance duties, requires a counterbalance forklift and driving license
- janitorial duties primarily include; office and equipment moves, general and hazardous site waste management, site tidy, Client deliveries, site winterisation, forklift services and general Janitorial tasks
- must be a proactive Team member ensuring Adhoc Client requested tasks are completed to a high standard and in a timely manner, maintaining good customer communications whilst conducting tasks
