technical support engineer

Working hours

  • full-time | Permanent

Responsibility

  • as an established telecoms provider, we are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join our team
  • provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat
  • customer Site visits - Carrying out site surveys, general site maintenance and carrying out Technical Health Checks for Customers
  • maintain customer records and update them as needed
  • provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer enquiries
  • provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer inquiries
  • the successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues, and assisting in the development of new products
  • identify and escalate issues to the appropriate personnel

Education

  • A-Level or equivalent
  • relevant experience within a telecoms business or IT background is preferred, but not essential as training will be provided
  • A qualification in IT would be advantageous
