Responsibility
- as an established telecoms provider, we are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join our team
- provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat
- customer Site visits - Carrying out site surveys, general site maintenance and carrying out Technical Health Checks for Customers
- maintain customer records and update them as needed
- provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer enquiries
- provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer inquiries
- the successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues, and assisting in the development of new products
- identify and escalate issues to the appropriate personnel
Education
- A-Level or equivalent
- relevant experience within a telecoms business or IT background is preferred, but not essential as training will be provided
- A qualification in IT would be advantageous
