Responsibility
- welcoming customers in store and selling accessories/phones and booking in phones/tablets/laptops/Gadgets for repair
- keeping the work environment clean and tidy at all times
- repairing mobile phones/tablets/laptops
- booking device’s out to customers and taking payments
- the level of repair will usually be replacing screens/lcds/digitizers, charging port repairs, changing flex cables, soldering, jumpering, IC replacements, cameras etc
- this will depend on your level of experience and will be discussed at your interview
- ordering parts/accessories from suppliers
- you will close the store with your colleagues
Requirements
- you must have a minimum of min 2 years experience repairing electronic devices with the mainstream brands
- must be familiar with the current makes and models
- be able to repair on average 10 devices per day to a high standard
- you must be intrigued by electronics and have a problem solving attitude whilst working independently
- have a friendly engaging personality as you will be dealing directly with the public
- must live within 45 minutes of Stepney Green, E1
- MOBILE PHONE REPAIR: 2 years
- london: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work
