Responsibility

  • fire Door Installer / Carpenter
  • travel across our sites across in England is essential so ideally you will be placed in the West Midlands area
  • all aspects of fire door installation and maintenance
  • solid understanding of fire safety regulations, carpentry techniques, and possess strong attention to detail
  • carry out other refurbishment and construction work as required
  • working in a team and independently when required
  • liaise with management team on a daily basis
  • responsibility for completing the refurbishment, maintenance and building tasks, to a mixed-use property portfolio, always delivering a high level of workmanship and finish

Requirements

  • joinery: 1 year
  • carpentry: 3 years
