Responsibility
- motivate and support the team to achieve their goals and progress within IEM
- ensure exceptional customer service is provided by the Helpdesk team
- conduct 1-2-1s and performance reviews with Helpdesk team members
- set performance targets and provide regular feedback to motivate team members
- create and manage the Helpdesk rota to ensure adequate coverage
- track Helpdesk performance metrics and prepare regular reports

Requirements
- strong leadership and team management abilities
- ability to motivate the rest of the team
- ability to work independently or as part of a team
- the ability to take initiative without guidance
- the ability to understand and apply feedback on work performance
- ability to handle high-stress situations and resolve conflicts effectively
- excellent planning and forecasting skills
- minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Helpdesk or customer service role, with at least 1-2 years in a Supervisory or Managerial position
