- promoting our yacht services to clients, working with the marketing manager to increase business and upsell our services to new and used clients
- co-ordinate the complete service process with a client including pricing up jobs, quoting, scheduling of 3rd party contractors, monitoring costs and ensuring jobs are invoiced out on time
- work to help promote the sales of spare parts and equipment to our customer base
- assist the Aftersales Manager team with admin of new boat warranty, chasing orders, co-ordinating suppliers and supporting the administration of the department
