  • we are looking for candidate with experience working with learning disabilities and complex needs to join our diverse team in a CQC rated GOOD service
  • as a Deputy Manager, you will apply your skills and Knowledge to support the Home Manager and help to lead and develop a team of staff to deliver a high standard of care and support individuals to achieve independence and positive outcomes in their daily lives
  • the Deputy Manager will learn and develop under the mentorship of the Home manager and will be responsible for the management of the service in the absence of the Home manager
