Excellent customer service

Ordered named hats for grandchildren for Christmas at a cost of more than £20. They arrived wrongly labelled. The pink one was labelled (deleted by the administrator) and the green one (deleted by the administrator). I requested that they replace the hats with the correct ones I ordered via Amazon. ...
