Responsibility
- mature SCRUM and SAFe processes and enable work within the constructs of waterfall portfolio/programme management
- work across the BS&I Product Teams to prioritise enhancements, bug-fixes and issues across all Product Team backlogs
- define and own the transition process for handover from project to BAU Operations
- project Manage allocated Projects across the HCM/Finance Product Team, The Funding Platform Product Team and Data Platform Product Team
- manage the execution of Change Demand Forum Triage for allocated Requests for Change including resource estimation, budget estimation and high-level planning
- work across the BS&I Product Teams and Projects to align our delivery and releases ensuring releases interface with the Forward Schedule of Change
- work with the Agile Delivery Lead and other Senior Agile Delivery Managers to own our tooling ensuring our tooling works no just within projects but portfolio-wide
- oversee allocated projects that have a dedicated assigned Project Manager across the HCM/Finance Product Team, The Funding Platform Product Team and Data Platform Product Team
