• line Management of a team of End-Point Assessors
• management of recruitment, induction and standardisation training
• ensuring all end-point assessment and external quality assurance standards are regulatory compliant

• ensuring that all components of assessment are completed within SLAs
• support IAO's Responsible Officer and Board to ensure compliance with all aspects relating to regulatory requirements
