Responsibility
- administer various insurance policies, including GAP, Cosmetic Repair and Complete Wheel insurance
- maintain accurate records across three main systems
- assist policy holders, over the phone, throughout their insurance claims
- provide regular and accurate collation of sales results and other data from key customers
- monitor customer’s compliance to FCA regulations and internal policies
- assist our field team in the preparation of documentation for external audits
- as part of a team, keep up-to-date with changes in compliance regulations and communicate updates where appropriate
- prepare and submit reports related to insurance and compliance to management and customers, as needed
