INFORMED OPTIONS FINANCIAL PLANNING is looking for employees for positions:

Working hours

  • full-time | Permanent

Responsibility

  • provide daily administration support to Financial Planners
  • management and processing of all client administration processes; maintaining regular client contact and keeping them informed of progress
  • deliver an efficient, friendly, and professional service for all clients, providers, professional partners, and visitors
  • answer incoming calls, taking initiative to deal with clients and provider enquiries
  • liaise with providers to obtain client plan information
  • input and maintain accurate client records on back-office system
  • monitor and, where necessary, chase outstanding debtors
  • maintain your daily task organiser

Education

  • GCSE or equivalent

Requirements

  • previous administration experience
  • good organisation skills, with an ability to prioritise your workload and meet deadlines
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • takes personal responsibility for consistently delivering high quality work
  • administrative: 1 year
