Responsibility
- to report any problems about arrangements or any incidents to the senior and management
- respond promptly to radio requests for assistance
- to be aware of and follow all Willow Park Resource Centre’s policies and procedures – taking responsibility to ensure these have been read and understood
- to liaise, advise and consult with the senior, management and other staff where necessary
- ensure health and safety standards are adhered to around the centre to make for a safe environment – anything untoward is to be passed to the co-ordinator to be dealt with immediately
- to attend relevant training courses as agreed by the Management and in accordance with one’s own personal development plan
- develop one’s own practice by meeting targets agreed with the Management and within the desired timeframe – to be discussed in 3 monthly supervisions
