IN-HOUSE RESEARCH

Responsibility

• we predominately work with UK based house builders, speaking to their customers after they have moved into a new build home
• THIS IS NOT COLD CALLING; customers will be expecting to complete our surveys
• completing customer satisfaction surveys over the telephone to capture the “voice of the customer”

• you will have excellent telephone and customer relations skills and be able to hold conversations with a variety of different customers
• work independently and as a team to meet deadlines
• entering customer feedback in real-time into the company database
• engaging with customers to extrapolate how they felt about their buying experience
• reporting to the Telephone Research Manager, Telephone Researchers are responsible for making outbound calls and conducting customer satisfaction surveys on behalf of our clients

Requirements

• excellent spelling and grammar while taking accurate notes
• excellent use of written and spoken English
• self-motivated
