- we predominately work with UK based house builders, speaking to their customers after they have moved into a new build home
- THIS IS NOT COLD CALLING; customers will be expecting to complete our surveys
- completing customer satisfaction surveys over the telephone to capture the “voice of the customer”
- you will have excellent telephone and customer relations skills and be able to hold conversations with a variety of different customers
- work independently and as a team to meet deadlines
- entering customer feedback in real-time into the company database
- engaging with customers to extrapolate how they felt about their buying experience
- reporting to the Telephone Research Manager, Telephone Researchers are responsible for making outbound calls and conducting customer satisfaction surveys on behalf of our clients
Requirements
- excellent spelling and grammar while taking accurate notes
- excellent use of written and spoken English
- self-motivated
- excellent listening and communication skills with an attention to detail
- able to work independently and as part of a team
- knowledge of the house building industry
