Hi! The position of Telephone Researcher at In-house Research involves making outbound calls and conducting customer satisfaction surveys on behalf of their clients in the housebuilding and construction industry. The role does not involve cold calling, as customers will be expecting the surveys. The ideal candidate should have excellent telephone and customer relations skills, as well as the ability to hold conversations with various customers. They should also have a minimum typing speed of 50 words per minute. The working hours include both daytime and evening shifts, with the office open from Monday to Thursday 09:00 - 20:30 and Friday 09:00 - 17:00. My question is: Are there any specific targets or quotas that Telephone Researchers are expected to meet in terms of the number of surveys conducted or the level of customer satisfaction achieved?
