  • we’re looking for an exceptional Client Service Co-ordinator to join our fantastic team on a full time or part time basis
  • maintaining client databases including additions, deletions and changes as needed
  • contacting clients for information and booking them into the system
  • creation of simple reports
  • filing of electronic documents
  • reviewing and checking client documents and contacting for any missing information
  • attending to all company secretarial matters including forms
  • scanning client documents when received
